In this new era, therefore, as your universe passes into the House of Aquarius, we are taking advantage of the new vibrations which this astral change produces, in order to work with you, to lighten the burdens of earth's difficulties, to sow the seeds of conviction where the seeds of doubt have flourished hitherto.  Yet, we cannot far progress in our labours if you receive us not in the same spirit in which we come, which is mutual love and understanding.  We come to you neither as beings nebulous and inarticulate to strain your credulity to breaking point, nor do we force upon your reasoning power that which shall destroy the natural function of faith.  We give you reasonable evidence and leave you to receive that evidence in reasoning trust.


Fountains and streams and pools and rivers, they all bring the living water within reach of those who have the will to come.

The Aquarian Age will, like all other ages of the past, contain those who will earnestly seek the betterment of both themselves and their fellow men and those that will strive just as earnestly toward the destruction of others and in the end themselves as well, and there will be yet others who will be neither destructive nor constructive — indeed they will do nothing but sit — the only sign of activity they will show will be in their waiting for someone else to tell them when or how they should think.  These latter persons remind one of the parable of the servant who was given one Talent and because of lack of faith to himself he went out and buried it — such people are a greater danger to a social system than those actively engaged in destruction, inasmuch as the latter save the world from stagnation through lack of motion.  I think that most of you will concede me the fact that the destroyers keep the constructors from going to sleep on the job.  As an example, one may observe the tremendous action going on between Communism and the Democracies!  I may add here that as long as the constructors in your country keep an active finger of irritation on all foreign political and religious elements of destruction it will remain free to grow.  Now to go back to the word Aquarian — it is the name for a zodiacal division which covers about 2,160 years.   I am not particularly versed in the fields of Astrology wherein it is said that the movement of the stars and other heavenly bodies influence the actions of men — I am however very cognizant of the fact that as long as man "sleeps" he lacks volition to act on his own, so Nature moves him about like a puppet on the strings of her very subtle forces.  As the individual comes out of his hypnotic sleep he becomes free of these strings and his actions are no longer dependent upon the action of the stars, the will of gods or devils, or the dictations of discarnate or incarnate beings, no matter how well intended they all may be.

And now in the New Age, it is an age of orchestration—of a symphony—of unity.  And the New Teacher will be neither Christian, Buddhist, Moslem, or anything else.  The Holy Spirit speaks in universal terms — and God will no longer be fragmented.  God will be the one God — who sent forth his Son not once but many times.


The Christ who manifested through him [Jesus of Galilee] is the Eternal — he will manifest again.  He has never ceased to speak to men but the time has come when, in the New Age, the veil which has been drawn between your plane and the World of Spirit will be pushed aside and those who have been freed from physical bondage will be able to speak and use and guide and teach the peoples of earth.  That is being brought into manifestation everywhere.


As if All Experience — All Knowledge — All Spiritual Truth has always existed.  It has been revealed at different times — through different people.  But the one who reveals is concerned only that he speaks Truth and those who are ready and capable of accepting Truth or perceiving Truth — they carry the message on.

Yet, even as indeed we may be the Elder Brethren of the human race, and able to view the present trauma of your planet with detachment, still our duty and our joy is to release to your worlds some rays of that Divine Purpose by which all creation moves to its ascendancy.

Such a moment in the plan for your cosmos is now immanent. These powerful vibrations of truth will make ingress into man's mind and heart as the Living Water of the Aquarian Age is poured out upon all mankind . . .


Nothing that was earned and accepted by the soul during the process of incarnation can ever be lost, even though in a further period of earth life, the personality (or earth consciousness) used by that soul is unaware of this advancement. For the soul memory remains stable; and a gift or an aptitude earned or a grace received becomes an integral part of the soul.

This is a New Age or a New Spirituality.  There is a newness that is continuously coming.

The seat of power, the point of consciousness, is located in the conscious mind.  More and more your reality is a product of your conscious thoughts  and feelings.

This is more than theory or an interesting philosophy.  Mystics have been foretelling of a time of conscious power since awareness began.  Physicists have been proving the power of conscious thought and feeling for over half a century.


The channeling process, which has been going on for thousands upon thousands of years without much publicity, is now again being used, and it provides an opportunity for people to augment their growth because you, as a civilization, are ready to grow.  You are seeking answers that traditional spiritual avenues are simply not providing — and therefore you are seeking new, different, and innovative answers to the questions that you have been asking for so very long.

The New Spirituality — the New Age — is not a replacement, but an extension, an expansion beyond that which organized religions believe.  The New Spirituality builds upon many of the traditional religious ideals, principles and values.

Remember that your written history of only a few thousand years is just a piece of sand upon a beach.  Human affairs on Earth have had so much other activity, and dominated by off-planet visitations and interactions.


This Aquarian Age that is at hand is a time of truth-seeking.  So there will still be bias on Earth, but it will be a new manner of bias.  The priorities will become seeking truth.  The illusion will be that truth is only in one area, and falsehood lies in another.  Ultimately truth is everywhere all the time, as it enlarges its scope and its reality.

So this shift that is taking place is increased communication, because there is an increased attitude of community in the collective.  Thereby your media, your communications systems and technology, are participating — of your own creation.  There is increased communication internationally, increased community concerns and debates internationally.

What is also important, is the understanding of the cosmology of what you term the hierarchical situation of the Universe.  We do not like that term 'hierarchical.'  But to understand that there are other physical civilisations that are attempting to bring benefit, that there was also the seeding, and to understand that the Twenty-Four civilisations are what they call the twenty-four elders in the Book of Revelations.  What is important is to begin to clarify the errors that have crept into the religious aspect that holds man in bondage.

It is only in the asking that you do the receiving.  Know also: it is time for humankind to understand that they are of us, and must be freed from the burden of poverty.  Remember it is religion that created the idea in humankind that it is more worthy to be less, to be poor.  It was their way of controlling humankind.

Also, understand that the fear of people, when they speak in the 'New Age,' is always that growth goes on until they return to the source, and in the subconscious nature of humankind they say 'then we will lose our individuality and it will be boring.'


In truth, that that you are, that spark, that essence of individuality always remains that individuality and is not ever consumed, or digested, or negated. In the attaining of balancing the spiritual with the physical there is great release of joy.


When the day arrives that we may communicate with you, and you may communicate with others in a form of mind language, those that exist upon your planet will begin to truly evolve.  We have been in observation, and the sadness that we feel is because there is so much difficulty in the mode of which you communicate.  We have observed that what you speak is not [always] what you think.

To me there is a constant process of evolution, development, unfoldment.  It will not happen that over night there will be change and a new age will be ushered in.  Gradually, as truth progresses, more and more people will become aware of it.  Once they realise that the whole of the universe is founded on spiritual realities that cannot fail, and as a result they begin to live these implications, so there will be higher states of consciousness and awareness functioning in your world, but it will be a gradual process.

Most generations believe there are certain people, or groups of people that incarnate for a specific purpose to enlighten mankind.  The 'new age' has put forward many theories and ideas that some have adopted.


Some children are more spiritually aware than others, some are spiritually developed for certain gifts, whilst others, because of their material circumstances grow into spiritually unaware adults.


There are no group incarnations to save the world — we try to bring the light into everyone's consciousness and it sometimes can be inspired and moved by the innocence of a child then that is a good start and they should be encouraged to develop in their own way.  There are many religious and political groups that take young people and brainwash them to comply to adults' beliefs and causes.  An innocent life can be abused or destroyed for the ideals of others.


The communication and interaction  between the physical and spiritual is continually evolving.  Many people are able to be overshadowed or can go into light or deep trance, allowing spirit people to speak through them


Spirit doctors who work with my healing teams can only stay in your atmosphere for around fifteen minutes because your atmosphere is too dense.

So the transit you are taking is an enormous one and we respect it.  We also want to remind you that this is happening to everybody, regardless of whether or not they are reading this text.  This is not about privilege.  And understand this now, this is not about making you special or "better than."  We are simply giving you a vocabulary and a means by which to navigate the changes that are here already and will be coming into manifestation regardless of whether or not you had ever heard of this book.  This is all happening across the globe.  This is the manifestation of the New Age.  We will say it has come, and it is here, and it is in its knowing as you are acclimating to it.


Understand please that this is the threshold of the New Age.  You can say "Aquarius," you can say the "years of peace," and you can say whatever you like.  But you stand on the threshold now with anticipation of what can come.  And we speak to you in love when we say what can come, finally, you will be party to in your creations.  Mankind has created much in fear.  And that which is created must be un-created, must be transformed in some way for the energy to be released and realigned to love.

We understand, sometimes, that the only was people learn is through seeing the evidence of their own ignorance or the actions that have been made in fear.  And we cannot stop what one chooses through their free will.  But we will say this: The consciousness of this plane is light, is becoming light.  And the reaction from the negativity, from those aspects that would seek to maintain their control, will become pronounced as they are released.

A Holy Bible passage offering the words expressing the Christed Jesus presents a metaphor that is brought to mind when one considers the symbol of the Water-Bearer associated with the astrological Age of Aquarius: "But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."  (John 4:14)
